Leto Copeley recently gave a presentation entitled “Overcoming Post-Resolution Challenges” as part of the Workers’ Compensation Law Update continuing legal education seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute. The seminar was held at the North Raleigh Hilton on December 8, 2010. Leto discussed the significance of maximum medical improvement, the social security disability offset, appeals procedures, and special issues of concern in third party claims.
