Additional victim comes forward against former Catawba College coach Ralph William Wager

Ralph William Wager, former Catawba College soccer coach, has again posted bond, after he was charged with three additional felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a child. Wager was originally charged in July with child sex-related crimes involving alleged inappropriate conduct with a minor boy in the 1980s. The new charges involve a 13-year old boy who was allegedly abused in 1990. Catawba College is conducting an internal investigation into the matter. CJG reminds the reader that all persons accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proved guilty.
